We had been looking to get a new website built and were constantly being approached by both local and overseas companies offering their services. Although we could have gone with a cheaper option (which we did do for one of our other businesses and are still waiting 10 months later for the finished product!) we decided to enlist the services of Webfirm as they have hosted our sites for a number of years and we like the fact we have a dedicated account manager and not a call centre to deal with any questions relating to our sites.
The whole process from initial concept stages right through to the completed site was very seamless, helped by the almost daily telephone consultations with Kirsty Green, our assigned Digital Producer.
Our site went live by the deadline we were promised and the feedback from our clients has been fantastic.
